at the aquarium. She is cos-playing Nagisa from Free! I'm using a picture I took from our trip as a reference. The background is complete BS though so I don't expect it to turn out well. (Here's hoping though!) As the title suggests this is a work in progress. (Mainly because I am rubbish at Photoshop and I need to be re-acquainted with it.)
